Some mocktails are a simple adjustment on a regular cocktail with it's alcohol removed. Some may think this takes away important elements of a drink that make it what it is, but in this case a Virgin Mojito is able to keep all of the fresh flavours of the classic but with the White Rum removed.

The only extra addition in this recipe that makes it different to the original is the use of Lime Cordial. This boots the citrusy lime flavour that is associated with the original Cuban creation. It keeps the same freshness of the Mint and along with sparkling water you get a drink that's a joy to sip on, especially during those hotter Summer months. There are 0% Rums out there, so you can add this in if you do miss the sharpness this adds to a Mojito.

So if you are on a break from alcoholic drinks or just feel like something tasty without the risk of a nasty hangover, then a Virgin Mojito will satisfy all of you drinking needs certainly

Here is how it is made
