If you want to get the most out of your favourite Gin, then pairing it with other great ingredients in a solid cocktail is a good way to go. The Jasmine is a fairly simple Gin based cocktail that brings together a good spectrum of flavour that will please even the pickiest Gin connoisseur .



Campari and Cointreau make for a delicious bittersweet flavour base that is followed by all the best tones of the Gin you use. It’s the sort of drink that would be a great opportunity for you try out new flavour or brands of Gin you are maybe not use to. Something like a Tanqueray or OPIHR flavoured Gin might be ideal. Whatever you choose , you’ll get a solid drinking experience and one you’ll defiantly want to share with your friends and family.

Ingredients

 
  • 1 ½ oz. (45ml) Gin

  • ¾ oz. (22.5ml) Lemon juice

  • ¼ oz. (7.5ml) Campari

  • ¼ oz. (7.5ml) Cointreau

Garnish : Lemon twist






Preparation

 
  1. Add ice to a shaker.

  2. Add ingredients to shaker.

  3. Shake well till chilled.

  4. Pour and strain into a Coupe glass.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
