Anyone familiar with the famous sweet brand Skittles will know how vaired its fruity flavours are, so it makes perfect sense to have a cocktail or two that take these flavours and use them in the right ways. The focus of this drink is of course Green Skittle infused Vodka, which is easy to make and can be done in just over a day.
The feature flavour in this is Lime and Citrus, with the Green Skittle Vodka and Lime juice taking the lead. Elderflower Liqueur adds a floral element and Soda Water tops this off to give it a light and refreshing finish. Lemonade or Tonic Water would also be a suitable substitute in this recipe , so play about with it and make it your own.

Here is how it is made.
The Green One Ingredients
1 1/2 oz.(45 ml) Green Skittle infused Vodka
1/2 oz.(15 ml) St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz.(15 ml) Lime Juice
Topped with Soda Water
Garnish : Lime Wedge
Preparation
Add all ingredients except the Soda Water to a shaker with ice.
Shake well till chilled.
Pour and strain into a long glass over ice.
Top off with Soda Water.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
