The Sparkling Pomegranate Margarita takes the best parts of its alcoholic counterpart and adds the great sweet and strong flavour that Pomegranate Juice brings. The sparkling lime water just adds that extra dimension to the drink and its flavour blends well with all the other ingredients included. Just to keep it as close to the original as possible, the salted glass remains which helps maintain the incredible flavour balance of sweet , salty, and sour that this drink has always had.

Ingredients

 
  • Salt

  • 1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice

  • 4 oz. (120ml) Pomegranate Juice

  • 12 oz. (360ml) Sparkling Lime Water


Garnish : Lime Wheels









Preparation

 
  1. Rim a glass with Lime Juice and salt.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass.

  3. Add ice to your glass.

  4. Pour Margarita mixture into your glass.

  5. Garnish with Lime Wheels.









Further Information

 
  • The recipe quantities create enough for more than one drink, so this recipe maybe ideal for also making a few drinks for friends or family and you can scale up the ingredients if needed.


  • If you are the sort of person that loves Pomegranate and wants even more, then maybe adding some Pomegranate seeds to the mix and to garnish will make your Margarita that much better.
