Shark Bite

A drink that is dangerous in name but a joy in its taste. This is the Shark Bite cocktail.

We seem to be making an abundance of blue coloured cocktails lately, what can we say they usually look and taste the best. The Shark Bite is no different, its very simple with few ingredients needed to make it but the end result is a flavourful short drink that would suit a lot of people’s taste.

There is not much detail you can go into on this one but that is the beauty of it I guess, it is not complicated but comes with all the look and taste of a good cocktail. The blue curacao creates a nice light ocean blue look and the inclusion of Pineapple juice creates a nice smooth froth on the top of the drink making for a pleasant smooth experience. As a side note I thought it might be cool to add a drop of Grenadine into this to give the look of an actual shark bite that is happened in the ocean.

This was always going to be a drink that would appeal to me as it includes one of my favourite flavour combinations in Pineapple and Coconut. I could picture this being the first drink I have on a warm summers night and it would probably lead to a few more. If sweet smooth flavours are your kind of drink, then I highly recommend you give this one a go. Here is how it is made.
