Jamaica is famous for its stand out flavours when it comes to both food and drink, as well as this Rum Punches are a favourite recipe amongst bars and restaurants in the caribbean. The tradtional combination of Jamaican Rum, fruit juices and syrups makes for a sweet but sharp taste that you would associate with sunny hot days on the beach on a Caribbean island.

There are many Jamaican Rums out there you could use for this recipe, but we suggest an overproof Jamaican Rum such as Wrey & Nephews for its strength and stand out taste that suites a Rum Punch cocktail perfectly. Homemade Strawberry syrup adds another fruity flavour layer to this cocktail and complements the Pineapple and Orange juices greatly.
