Pineapple and Vanilla are a great combination, and it really shines through in this shot. In some ways it may taste similar to other cocktails you have tried in the past, but we like to think it has its own appeal. It's very easy to scale up this shots ingredients to make more if that is what you need.

Here is how it is made.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. (30ml) Vanilla Vodka

• 1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple juice

• A dash of Grenadine

Garnish : Cherry

Preparation

---

1. Add ice to a shaker.

2. Add in all ingredients apart from the Grenadine.

3. Shake well till chilled.

4. Pour mixture into a shot glass.

5. Add a splash of Grenadine to the glass.

6. Garish with a Cherry.
