In the summer frozen drinks and slushies are a must for those who like to beat the heat. Now throw in a few alcoholic ingredients and you have a drink fit for any adult to enjoy in the sun. The Paradise Palm Tree Slushie brings together a good few fruity and flavourful summer style flavours in the form of three colourful layers that look and taste incredible.
Each layer has its own appeal and flavour spectrum, there’s something in it for everyone. The red layer has a sweet and strong Strawberry taste to it that makes it a perfect first sip. The green layer is more tropical with its melon and orange combination that works so well together. Finally, the blue layer is a sweet coconut and pineapple experience similar in a way to a Pina Colada without the creamy texture.

Here is how it is made.
Ingredients
Red Layer :
2 oz. (60ml) Strawberry Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Grenadine
Green Layer :
2 oz. (60ml) Melon Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Cointreau
1 oz. (30ml) Orange juice
Blue Layer:
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Blue Curacao
1 oz . (30ml) Pineapple juice
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
Preparation
Add ice to a blender.
Add in the ingredients for a layer and blend well till you get a nice icy consistency.
Repeat for the other layers.
Pour the red layer in, then the green layer on top followed by the blue layer.
