Easter is all about chocolate and good times with family and friends, so of course you are going to need a good drink that can bring all these things togther. This is a sweet Easter twist on what is considered one of the most popular and classic cocktails of all time. Mini Eggs are also a popular choice of sweet/chocolate this time of year and in fact in recent years Easter has been referred to as "Mini Egg season" due to the product appearing on shelves more exclusivly during the March/April period.

The combination of coffee and chocolate is perfect and you still get that familar flavour from a regular Espresso Martini but with a delicious sweet kick on top of it. Because this is a blended version of an Espresso Martini , you also get a nice smooth texture on top that makes the drinking experice that much better.

There is no better way to spend your Easter with good company than whipping up a few of these.
