A perfect shot for the middle of a clubbing night out ? We got you. This is the Midnight in Sin.
We have all been there, you are out on wild night out at the club with friends the music’s blasting and you want that next shot to carry the night on. Well we have the perfect idea. This is actually our own personal creation and its name comes from a popular night club in our local area where the two most popular shots/drinks ordered are Jager bombs/Jägermeister and Apple Sourz shots. So, we thought why not bring the two together in what to us represents that part of the night where you are already a few drinks in and one of your friend’s yells “SHOTS!”.
The cool thing about this creation is although the flavours do not match, they do cancel each other out well. The initial strong herbal flavour of the Jägermeister is quickly pushed aside by the sweet-sour taste of the Apple Sourz. If you wanted to you could also replace the Apple Sourz with a different flavour of your choice. Here is how it is made.
Ingredients
1 part Jägermeister
1-part Apple Sourz
Preparation
Fill a shot glass halfway with Apple Sourz
Layer on top Jägermeister fulling the rest of the shot glass.
