If you are abstaining from alcohol at the moment and are looking for a good replacement to your favourite Rum based Tiki drinks, then this original recipe will do just that. A combination of Passion Fruit Puree , Pineapple , Orange , Lime juice and Grenadine create very sweet troipical flavour profile that will make you wonder if you are even missing the alcohol in your favourite drinks.

Here is how it is made.
Ingredients
2 oz. (60ml) Passion Fruit Puree
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple juice
1 oz. (30ml) Orange juice
1/2 oz.(15ml) Lime juice
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Grenadine
Garnish : Half a Passion Fruit
Preparation
Add all ingredients but the Grenadien into a shaker with ice.
Shake well tille chilled.
Pour and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass to create a sunrise effect.
Garnish with half a Passion Fruit.
