Jekyll & Gin

Get ready for a drink that has two sides to it. This is the Jekyll & Gin.

Well its almost Halloween and to start off the run up to the spooky holiday we wanted to start off with a very simple but unique looking Halloween themed Gin drink. Obviously, the main appeal of this drink is the glow stick garnish and how it makes the drink glow in the dark. This one did not come out as expected but still has a nice glowing look to it.

In terms of flavour the majority of it comes from the sharp dry taste of the Gin (We used Gordons London Dry Gin in this one) and the lemon juice and Grenadine add a bit of sweet and sour to tone down the Gin a bit but it still stands out. This would defiantly suite a Gin lover and perhaps could be made for a good Halloween party as it is very simple to make and does not require many ingredients. So, try it, but be warned it may unleash the monster in you ! Here is how it is made.
