The festive season is here and so are the festive drink ! This is the Jack Frost.
It is the run up to Christmas and it would not be Christmas without a few drinks. The Jack Frost is a fairly simple but tasty blended cocktail that looks everything you would expect it to. Its cold blue look and slushy texture make it a perfect choice to try this time of year or server to family and friends. You can also scale up the ingredients to create a larger batch if you are making for more than a few people.
We already have a few cocktails on the website similar to this one such as the Blue Hawaiian and Miami Vice that borrow the Pina Colada template of using Pineapple Juice and Cream of Coconut. These sorts of drink usually all have that sweet and pleasant taste that goes down easy with a lot of people. The Coconut Flakes add an extra bit of sweetness as well as contribute to the frosty looking image the drink creates.

Ingredients
Coconut Flakes
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curacao
Preparation
Rim a glass using Honey with Coconut Flakes.
In a blender container add ice and all your ingredients.
Blend well till you get your desired consistency .
Pour into glass.
