Light cocktails can be a great choice if you want something that isn't harsh on the senses or pallet. The Holly Jolly Gin Fizz is a great example of this as it's ingredients have great sweet tones to them but nothing that is too strong. This being a "Fizz Cocktail", it does uses Soda Water which isn't everyone's first choice mixer but you can easily swap this out for a Tonic Water making the drink closer to a traditional Gin & Tonic.

This is a great drink you can use to try out any of your favourite Gins or experiment with new ones. The botanicals and floral flavours will stand out a bit more depending on the brand you are using. We suggest a basic London Dry Gin, but play about with this and see what suits you best.

This is a great no risk cocktail that could be served to many at a Christmas party and we have a feeling it will go down well with all your friends and family.

Here is how it is made.
