This is another example of a great twist on a cocktail that is already loved all around the world. If you have ever been to a cocktail bar , then it is most likely you have seen the original Sex on The Beach on the menu. Various versions of this drink have been created with their own unique appeal , this one is up there with some of the best.

This version uses Light Rum and Coconut Rum instead of Vodka , Pineapple juice instead of Orange juice and has a small amount of Coconut water added into it. All of this creates a refreshing sweet flavour similar to the original recipe but with a light coconut and pineapple tone running though it. The colour of the drink itself is also slightly different with a lighter red colour oppose to the originals sunset like colour blend.
