Green Goblin

Some like sweet , some like sour. This cocktail has a good bit of both. This is the Green Goblin.

It is not often I find cocktail recipes where I can make use of Apple Sourz (known as Sour Apple Pucker in the USA and other brand names in other countries), but after seeing this one I had to give it a go. From the ingredient list you may think that it would be overly sour and would put you off. However what I found was if you use the right amount of ice when shaking this drink then you will get the right amount of dilution to tone down the sour just enough to where it is enjoyable but still the main attraction of the drink. Also there is an aspect of sweet you get from the Green Goblin which comes from the Coconut Rum , so you get a bit of everything in this one and it may just taste completely different to what you expect.

I am a big fan of these short drinks that have enough flavour to draw you in but because of its taste you end up sipping on it instead of getting through it quickly. This way it lasts longer, and you can fully appreciate what you re drinking. So, if light refreshing sour flavours are your thing then this is certainly a drink you will want to try at least one. Here is how to make the Green Goblin.
