Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

Another tasty but this time frosty addition to the Daiquiri family. This is the Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri.

Prep time : 5 minutes

Serves : 2-3

Strength : Moderate

There are so many different Daiquiris out there and everyone has their own preference on flavour and texture. When the hot weather is about, a lot more people opt for colder more frozen drinks to help them beat the heat. This Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri will help you do exactly that and it will be a recipe you will want to use for years to come.

It has the normal build of a Daiquiri (Rum, Lime juice, Triple Sec and Simple syrup) but also adds in some Frozen Pineapple to provide a fresh and fruity taste to it. You can also choose to use freshly bought Pineapple for this as it provides the same flavour experience but depending on how many people you are making these for you may find it more convenient to use pre bought Frozen Pineapple which you can use at a later day.

Of course, for this recipe it also pays to have a decent blender to help you break up all the solid ingredients as its going to get quite packed in there with all the ice and Pineapple required. Once you have blended to your desired texture and consistency, you end up with a tasty drink that you will have you wanting more. The good news is the quantities in this recipe make for at least two drinks so you can share one with a friend or family member.

This would defiantly be up there with some of our favourites Daiquiris and we know that many of you will feel the same.

Here is how it is made.
