It is always great to have a bit of flare with a cocktail as its usual the look of a drink you are sold on before you get a chance to try it. Of course, the flavour and build of a cocktail is ultimately what matters and will determine whether you order that same cocktail again in the future. The Flaming Passion is one of our original recipes that brings a whole lot of flavour as well as the look of a well-crafted cocktail.
This is very much a Tiki style drink, making use of flavourful Rum , fruit juices and Passion Fruit syrup. Pineapple and Passion fruit are a great combination and push a strong tropical flavour throughout this cocktail. If you want an extra bit of strength in your Flaming Passion, you can add the flaming Rum into the drink and give it a stir.

Here is how it is made.
Ingredients
1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Syrup
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Passoa (Passion Fruit Liqueur)
1 oz. (30ml) Orange Juice
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1 oz. (30ml) High Proof Rum
Garnish : Flaming Passion Fruit half and Pineapple leaves.
Preparation
Add ice to a shaker with all ingredients except the High Proof Rum.
Shake well till chilled.
Add ice to a Hurricane glass and pour in the mixture.
Drop on top half a hollowed out Passion Fruit filled with High Proof Rum.
Set the Rum on fire.
Garnish with Pineapple leaves.
