Valentines day is the perfect opportunity to share some amazing love inspired cocktails with your partner. This recipe is a great cocktail that you can make in bulk if the first one is a winner for you both. A delicious combination of Strawberry and carbonation from the Sparkling Rose are ideal to go with a well made Valentines meal.
If you are a fan of short drinks that are nice to sip on, then this will be one you won't want to miss out on. You could also replace the Sparkling Rose with Prosecco if this is more you ideal fizz. The Strawberry heart garnish just completes the theme of this drink and makes it everything you'd want to share with your favourite person.
Here is how it is made.
Cupids Kiss Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Simple Syrup
1 oz. (30 ml) Strawberry Puree
1 oz. (30 ml) Sparkling Rose
Garnish : Strawberry Heart
Preparation
Add the Vodka ,Lemon Juice , Simple Syrup and Strawberry Puree into a shaker with ice.
Shake well till chilled (10-12 seconds).
Pour out and strain into a champagne glass.
Top with the Sparkling Rose.
Garnish with a heart shaped Strawberry half.
