Breakfast is not typically a time of day associated with enjoying a good cocktail, but we have a recipe here that might just tempt you. This glass of brunch was created by Ashley Rose Conway, a blogger and cocktail enthusiast who runs Craft+Cocktails. This is of course a rift on the original Brramble with the addition of a few sweet, fruity and creamy ingredients that you would typically enjoy with your first meal of the day.

The recipe calls for a Stone Fruit Jam such as Plum, but this can also be substituted for a Berry Jam such as Strawberry or Raspberry. This is in combination with your Black Raspberry liqueur gives you the fruity berry flavour you would associated with a Bramble. The Greek Yoghurt creates a delicious smooth and creamy texture that just tops of this unique cocktail.

When you have a drink as good as this in your hand, the time of day does not cross your mind.
