The Negroni is an iconic cocktail that you will find being served at most cocktail bars that know their stuff. You will find many different twists and varations of the Negroni and most will involve little changes to ingredients or the addition of further flavours to the traitional bitter base of the drink. In this case we have the sweet fruity taste of Blueberry being thrown into the mix.
This drink also takes on the build of a Sour cocktail which makes use of Lemon juice, Sugar Syrup and Egg White to give it a smooth taste texture and a slight sour kick. If you are familiar with other similarly named cocktails such as the Whiskey Sour, then this will be one to check out for sure.

Here is how it is made
Blueberry Negroni Sour Ingredients
Handful of Blueberries
1 Oz. (30 ml) Gin
1 Oz. (30 ml) Campari
1 Oz. (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth
3/4 Oz. (22.5 ml) Sugar Syrup
3/4 Oz. (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
Egg White or Aquafaba
Ganish : Blueberry Skewer
Preparation
Muddle the Blueberries with Sugar Syrup in a shaker.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and shake without ice.
Add ice in the shaker and shake well again till chilled.
Pour and double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a Blueberry Skewer.
