Valentine's Day is all about sharing love, so what better way to share this than by also sharing a delicious cocktail with your partner? The Bleeding Heart is a smooth easy-to-drink cocktail with a look representative of the day of love.
The focus here is on the Tequila Rose with Almond Milk which creates a smooth almost Strawberry milkshake-like flavour and build that goes down a treat. Spiced Rum is also included to boost the alcohol content and a tiny bit of Grenadine just tops off the fitting look.

Here is how it is made.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Tequila Rose
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Spiced Rum
2 oz. (60 ml) Milk or Almond Milk
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml ) Grenadine
Garnish: Strawberry Heart
Preparation
Add all ingredients except Grenadine into ta shaker with ice.
Shake well till chilled.
Pour and strain into a Rocks Glass over crushed ice.
Pour Grenadine into the glass.
Garnish with a Strawberry heart.
