Brandy and all the other ingredients necessary to leave you comfortable. This is the Between the Sheets.

This will be the first time we have made a cocktail on here using Brandy, so we were excited to jump into it and discover just how well it could go. The standout component in this cocktail is definitely the alcohol bite of the Brandy and Rum, it is very strong so if strength in your drinks is something you enjoy then this one is defiantly for you. Also, although there is only a small amount of Lemon juice in it, there is an aspect of sour to this drink that does slightly take away from the alcohol but again not so much that it dulls it down. Finally, the Lemon juice and Triple Sec do add the tiniest amount of citrus flavour to the drink, although you have to really focus in to notice it.

As we make more Brandy based cocktails , we will be able to give a better insight into what it brings to a cocktail. No doubt we will be doing a full review of our Three Barrels Brandy we have used in this drink at some point. But from our tasting experience of this one, you get a good bit of alcohol content , strength, and a bit of citrus and sour flavour to help make it more pleasant. We found that as you start to drink it more, your taste buds become more use to the flavour, and this makes it more drinkable and ends up being quite a good slow sipping drink.
