A combination of 3 very sweet Liquors , the Beam Me up Scotty looks and tastes like a dessert. We are not quite sure where this fits in with the Star Trek reference, but the shot itself is out of this world.
This shot is very pleasant but very sweet, so I could understand why some people may not find it appealing. However, I thought it was delicious and a lot of fun to make. As you drink it each layer has its own sweet delicious flavour and the Banana liqueur certainly stands out. Im not very clued up on Star Trek stuff but I do know this shot is enough to take you to another planet ! Here is how it is made
Ingredients
1/3 Coffee Liqueur
1/3 Banana Liqueur
1/3 Irish Cream
Preparation
Add 1/3 Coffee Liqueur to a shot glass.
Layer on top 1/3 Banana Liqueur by pouring it down the back of a bar spoon.
Layer on top of that 1/3 Irish Cream.
