Shooters that taste like bubble gum . Yes, such a shooter exists, and we got the know how on making it. This is the Bazooka Joe Shooter.
For those that are not familiar with the name , Bazooka Joe was a popular type of bubble gum that came out in 1947 as a part of many Bazooka Candies from the brand. Its appearance was often light blue and the wrapper on the inside would include one of many comic strips. This shooter is based off the look and taste of this classic gum and its taste is surprisingly identical to that of generic bubble gum.
The combination of Banana Liqueur and Irish Cream help create the sweet bubble gum flavour and the Blue Curacao is thrown in to grab that light blue colour the gum is famous for.This is defiantly a shooter for those of us that have a sweet tooth and maybe even remember the original vintage candy. Here is how it is made.
Ingredients
½ oz. (15ml) Irish Cream
½ oz. (15ml) Banana Liqueur
½ oz. (15ml) Blue Curacao
Preparation
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add in all your ingredients.
Shake well till shaker is chilled.
Pour and strain into a shot glass.
